How do you proceed on the flop? I like to lead out here to keep control of the betting. Any thoughts?

I like leading out too but I think you need to raise more preflop. There is 9.25 in the pot and it's only 3.25 to call. The button made a pretty bad fold since he's getting an even better price and closing out the action. If he was willing to call the first raise he should have a good enough hand to call yours.

I fire one bullet on the flop and slow down

i tried to talk here about that program, the RNG , not to talk about when to accept all in without to see flop.
You can accept all in whenever you want, or whenever you feel lucky, but in virtual room's is not like in reality. In reality anything is possible... in virtual rooms you can be "the one" who knows the future, or who can change the future.

How much so you want to raise pre-flop? Obviously, KK does not do well with many people in the pot but I don't want to scare everyone away right?

Leading out on a A-high board, when you have the betting lead, is pretty standard.

$7.5 is a pot sized raise, so I would make it a little bit larger then that. You don't want to raise small and give your opponents good (correct) odds AND position.
I'm ok with taking it down preflop.
