hi guys,,,,i just tried to add a different credit card into my epaasporte account and security blocked my account.I had to fax in my drivers licence and visa card to unblock it,,,,has this happened to anyone else and how long does it take to proccess,,,,,thx

Yeah its happened to me, sort of. Not the part about having to send all that info in, but they locked up my account.I tried to register the same card on 2 accounts. Each account only allows you to add up to like 5 credit cards. Since I used Visa Gift Cards to load at various sites, my account filled up quickly. When I reached my limit they told me to just create another account. Well I did that and when I tried to use my debit card on that account, they locked it all up.I simply explained to them what happened, and they unlocked it for me.Not sure why yours got locked up, but Epassporte support is garbage (I've had other prior experiences with them) so good luck with that.
