Every team will pick 5 players. The date for the draft will be April 9th at 9:00pm EST. If you cannot attend please say so in this thread so I can remove your name. We will be using MSN messenger so if you don't have it yet, download it now. Once you have messenger downloaded, send your FCP name that you use in the forums, along with your msn messenger address to kidpoker@hotmail.com. Make sure you open up your messenger 15 minutes prior to the draft so that I can invite you into the conversation.

The MSN messenger will be used for ONLY making your picks. Absolutely no other chit chat should go into the messenger. If you want to chat with someone, open a private window, or use a seperate thread here in the forum. It's imperative that you all follow this rule to ensure that this goes smoothly. Only the the moderator (me) will speak in the msn messenger. I will instruct the next person who's turn it is to make their pick. When it's your turn to pick, do it like this:

Tulaneflyer picks Chris Drury, BUF.

That's all you need to do! I would appreciate it if someone will start a seperate thread and update the picks as they come in so that the next people picking don't make the mistake of taking a player that's already been chosen. digitalmonkey, are you up for that?

Maybe I've missed it, what's the scoring format for this thing? How important are goalies? Do we pick a team's goalies or individual tenders?

Belanger, are you sure aol works with msn? I just added you, but I'm not sure if aol is compatible with MSN messenger. If you are online now, turn on your msn.

Scoring system is very simple. Total points using any combination of forwards and defensemen that you choose. No goalies.
