I don't know if I like the raise on 4th. You know the 9 10 isn't going to fold to a raise, and the King 5 isn't a hand you should really be scared of. He might have a hand to call one bet but not two, (he hasn't shown any strength). I think you should wait for the big bet streets to raise for two reasons. Get a little more money in the pot from the bettor, and a raise is more intimidating to any crap-draws the chaser may have. With more people behind you calling the bet on third, a raise is obvious, but with one caller only a call is not bad.

on 3rd you should generally come in for a complete since there are so many overcards behind you. that way your rolled up 7s will be very very disguised (fastplaying is the new slowplaying, etc.). when you're reraised, as you should be most of the time, just call and set up a big bet raise on 5th.raising fourth is goofy--if you're not scared of draws, raise fifth when the bet is bigger. if you're afraid some people might be drawing at you, re-re-raise third and charge em.as a more context-specific comment, though, in a 1 dollar horse tourney, there is literally no reason to ever slowplay ever, so don't even bother waiting for 5th to raise, go ahead and cap away.
