But there was a young man sat next to me kindly talk to me and taught me about the game......who is Daniel. We started bump into each more since I've play poker more often. When sometimes I'm stuck, he'll hand me a few hundreds and no question ask. He even gave me a few K's for my old little honda to help me settle some of my debts as well. I haven't talk to him for years since he left toronto but I'll always remember when someone gave u the help when u really need. There's some negative topic about Daniel lately which is OK bcoz there's freedom of speech to everyone. But if u ask me is he a bad person.......absolutely not. Balloon guy 158 Posted March 31, 2007 Share Posted March 31, 2007 That's so weird, because I also have a story about Daniel.Once, in Nam I was getting shot at pretty bad, when this guy jumped out of the jungle and totally layed down supression fire, allowing me to crawl to safety. Needless to say I was really grateful and when I reached up to shake his hand, I saw that it was Mike Matusow, and he said: "You seen Daniel? This was an old friend from my days of playing at Check N' Raise, a private club I used to play at in Toronto. I ended up taking his 89' Honda Prelude off his hands way back in the day. We actually started play at lucky star and I still remember u check raise evelyn at river with nothing and made her fold her hd. What a nice taxi ride back home after . Anyway, nice to hear from u2.
