I'm not fond of Ilya Kovalchuk's game.
Please use the comments to demonstrate your own ignorance, unfamiliarity with empirical data and lack of respect for scientific knowledge. Be sure to create straw men and argue against things I have neither said nor implied. If you could repeat previously discredited memes or steer the conversation into irrelevant, off topic discussions, it would be appreciated. Lastly, kindly forgo all civility in your discourse . . . you are, after all, anonymous.

From what I've seen, he has become a perimiter player. The best perimiter player in the game, but still.

Western conference games are less entertaining than Eastern conference games.

Nashville has one of the ugliest jerseys in the NHL.

Icings followed by tv timeouts completely negate the spirit of the rule.

Western games feature better, deeper teams who have the ability to play solid two way hockey. I have a short attention span and want lots of goals, so I find that boring.

Western conference games lack intensity. It could just be the TV production on the channels that I get to watch Western conference games on (namely Sportsnet West).

It's painful to watch a Pheonix hockey game. But it's pure agony when they show the coach, and he looks like a deer in the headlights.

I agree with this, but it has also been agony to watch a once proud franchise like the Bruins wander around aimlessly for the past 5 seasons, or the once dominate Islanders become a laughing stock.

I'll add the Oilers to this list. Since the All-Star Break its been all down hill and with Ryan Smyth gone their is nothing to get excited about.

Franky hits better and more.Ummmm...Marian Hossa is "deceptively" the most entertaining offensive player to watch from a skill perspective.
