As I said....3rd Hand, No reads on either of the villains....
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t20 (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

MP2 (t1320)
MP3 (t1420)

Button (t1220)
Hero (t1680)
BB (t1500)
UTG (t1400)
UTG+1 (t1990)
MP1 (t1500)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A, A.
UTG calls t20, UTG+1+ calls t20, 3 folds, CO calls t20, 1 fold, Hero raises to t120, 1 fold, UTG folds, UTG+1+ calls t100, CO calls t100.

Flop: (t400) 9, 6, 4 (3 players)
Hero bets t300, UTG+1+ calls t300, CO calls t300.

Turn: (t1300) 3 (3 players)

General analysis on my play of this hand would be hugely appreciated...

You know one of them has completed the flush, which means you're only drawing to 7 remaining clubs to hit the nut flush. That's about 5.5/1. Pot is 4200 when it comes to you for a 660 call, which means you're getting the odds to call all-in. I don't think you could have played it any better up to that point, although I think the size of your PF raise was unnecessary.

3 limpers ahead of you preflop, I might raise to 150 especially since you're OOP for the rest of the hand but 120 is reasonable.

Flop bet is fine

I check the turn - flush draw got there/more likely with two players in. Assuming both players then went all-in after your check, the pot would be 3,820 and you'd have to put in another 1,260 so you'd be getting 3-1. I'd fold as you're not getting the odds and you have to figure that one of the two is ahead of you.

I am fine with the size of your pf raise, though 140 would have been alright too. I like the lead on the flop, but not the lead on the turn. If it were HU, then I would continue to lead, but against two opponents, it's unlikely that your aces are still good. I c/f on the turn depending on the odds I am getting when it comes back to us, but we need like 4:1 here to make the call.
