Anyway, who's gonna win 'em?
My Predictions:
Calder - Evgeni Malkin
Hart - Sidney Crosby
Vezina - Roberto Luongo
Jack Adams - Barry Trotz (hard one)
Rocket Richard - Vincent Lecavalier should hold on
Lady Byng - Martin St. Louis will edge out Datsyuk
Norris - Niklas Lidstrom (pffft)
Selke - Derek Roy (I also like Zetterberg)

I agree with most of your other picks, Jack Adams is a close race between several guys, and I could see Niedermayer winning the Norris, but everything else is solid.

Calder - Malkin
Norris - Gonchar
Selke - J. Staal
Adams - Therrien
...
Ok, not really on all of those. I think Gonchar will get a few votes for Norris, but it's tough to compete with guys like Lidstrom and Neidermeyer, even though they're neck and neck in points.
Staal won't get consideration for the Selke, and I'm not convinced he should, I just tossed it in there.
The one thing I'm really disappointed with is the fact that I haven't heard Therrien's name at all for the Jack Adams award. He's turned this team around significantly from the Olczyk era.
Ok, that's it for my biased, but objective picks.
Here's how I think it's gonna go down.
Hart - Crosby
Art Ross - Crosby
Richard - Lecavailer
Calder - Malkin
Vezina - Brodeur
Norris - Lidstrom
Selke - ... no idea, don't really follow it
Adams - Meh, I think Therrien deserves it, look at the point differential from last season
Lady Byng - ... no idea again

Finalists in brackets.
Hart - Crosby (Luongo and Brodeur)
Art Ross - Crosby
Richard - Lecavailer
Calder - Malkin (Staal, Stastny)
Vezina - Tie: Brodeur, Luongo (Hasek)
Norris - Lidstrom (Neidemeyer, Timmonen)
Selke - David Legwand (Just throwing a name out there) (Madden, Roy)
Adams - Therrien (Vigneault, Julien)
Lady Byng - Datsyuk (St. Louis, Kyle Wellwood)
If the Islanders or Leafs make the playoffs, Nolan or Maurice will likely be finalists for the Adams. I threw Julien in there just because it would be funny to see three fired Habs coaches as finalists. My Timmonen pick might be stretching it but he is a good player.

Yeah, maybe 9 points in 5 games is a bit too much to ask, but Joe always finishes strong. The gap will be closer at the end of the season than it is today, but now that I've actually looked he probably can't make up the difference. Unless Crosby has a little mini-slump before the playoffs, which is unlikely.

Heh, isn't there like a 50 games played minimum for end of season awards?

I mean, I'm as big a fan of his 180-man SNG strategy post as anyone, but giving him the jack adams is a bit much.

That's ONE way of looking at it...or perhaps the ownership doesn't know how to keep a hold of a good thing when they have it...repeatedly.
If the Penguins win the Stanley Cup, I will stop watching hockey for a full year.
This is a 100% true story.

It's a lottery to become a nomination...Lidstrom is gonna win it AINEC. In fact, they should consider renaming it the Lidstrom Award.

The Habs are good at finding and producing coaches. Their franchise is full of former players associated with their glorious past. Their problem recently, IMO, is they take great young coaches and throw them into the fire. If every there is a place where a rookie coach is set up to fail, it is Montreal.
