I think this decision is closer than you guys think. Maybe I've been playing too much NL lately. If we didnt have the A of diamonds how would you all pay it?

I would still bet without the Ad, but it makes the decision harder when/if we are raised.

W/o the Ad, bet/folding the turn would be the line imo.

Too Cautious?
Of course.Villain has a Jack, a draw, or another pocket pair a ton of the time. And you gain even more value because of the 3rd diamond, because Villain will be even more tempted to call down with his lesser hand if he has a diamond in his hand.

You would be getting 8-1 odds on the turn in that scenario.Villain could still be making a play with one of the many draws on the board.I don't fold my Aces.AIM,While I think it might be acceptable for some people to bet-fold this turn, I think that you, specifically, should never fold here.I am convinced that opponents bluff you relentlessly in your games.Knowing your tendencies, I guarantee that I would throw a bluff at you every single hand I played with you.By folding so often, you make it clear to anyone that is watching that you are willing to throw the whole pot away if anyone wants to bet at a scare card.I strongly suggest that you change gears and go through a phase in which you start calling down all of these hands when you have a strong holding. Your reputation as a weak folder will likely allow you to catch a billion bluffs and you will have some monster winning sessions.--CM
