your actual competition at noble poker...

Recommended Posts

As many of you know, I play at Noble poker. You want a real review? I'll give it to ya...Graphics: The graphics here are pretty good. I'd put em right up there with PokerRoom. On that screenshot that you got from their site, the bottom picture is way out of date.Quality of play: You know that screenshot where one guy has 9-3 and the other has Q-2 that's at your link? Yeah, that's about the level of play at Noble. Some guy came to my 1/2 NL table last night and was all in on the first hand. I had AK, he went all in on 3-5. I took him for $50. There are sharks there, but there are enough fish at the highest levels to make it worth your while.Table selection: This is the only downfall right now, and that's likely because they're new. At $0.50/1 NL and up you will have trouble finding a full 10 man table. If there is one, there's ONLY one. In limit, it's usually a bit easier.Bonus: It's a nice bonus. They release it in increments of $20 and it's one of the easiest to clear.Online Support: Much better than it used to be. If you click on live support at the main lobby, someone is there immediately.Randomizer: I used to complain about their predictable randomizer. They seem to have fixed that problem after I emailed them about it. It's better than it was.Connectivity: They just switched to a new server. The connectivity problems used to be huge and now they happen once in a while. Sometimes the software will freeze for a round, but that's about the biggest problem. If ya need anything else let me know. I've flourished there. If you ever want to play me there, my screen name is in my signature. :club:
