digitalmonkey 929
How many "Gordie Howe hat tricks" (goal, assist and a fight in same game) did Gordie Howe record in his career?
Derswick 0
I don't know but my son should have got one the other day but the ref only gave him a double rough instead of a fighting major. My son was dissapointed he wasn't given the fighting major! We have talked about Gordie Howe hattricks in the past and I think the only reason he got in the 'fight' was to get the 'hat trick' LOL

Derswick 0
Oh he's not too worried about that as he is one of the least penalized players on his team.

Derswick 0
No he's a bantam player and unfortunately they all think its cool. But what gets called as a fighting major at this level is not what you see on TV.

Whiter Sr 0
I'm worried about any kid in minor hockey that thinks getting in a fight is cool....I agree that fighting in Minor hockey shouldn't happen but you will rarely if ever hear of a player getting hurt in a fight. Most injuries occur during the play with dirty stick work or with checking (clean or otherwise). Sometimes the only way to stop people from hacking you is to let them know you will give it back worse (with the fists or otherwise).
Knollie919 0
CJHUNT ovbiously uve never played hockey in ur life and have no idea what ur talking about... and i agree with whiter sr 9 times out of 10 someone gets a cheapshot and gets hurt worse than if they were to "scuffle"

runthemover 40
well I'm pretty sure it was vinny lecalvier or however you spell it. And, Crosby will soon be the new 'recordholder'

ajs510 122
no and noStevie Y was the youngest, wasn't he?*Edit* Guess not, but cheating says its Crosby and that Lecavalier held the record before that (took the honor from Yzerman).
dEv~ 19
well I'm pretty sure it was vinny lecalvier or however you spell it. And, Crosby will soon be the new 'recordholder'pretty sure this is correct but I'm wondering what the trick is.
digitalmonkey 929
pretty sure this is correct but I'm wondering what the trick is.There is no trick really. The question is who is the youngest player to ever wear the "C" as captain in the NHL. The answer was not Lecavalier AND it will not be Crosby.

Zach6668 513
Why does every media outlet list Crosby as being the youngest ever to don the captain's C, if it's untrue? And gruven, it does say "captain" in the original question, not just the "C".
