On the flop he's overbetting the pot so he likes his holding. I don't see how a raise could hurt, but with a player yet to act then I can understand the flat call. However, if I'm raising the turn it is not a minimum raise. I pop it to at least $18. Note that this looks far more suspicious than raising the flop. I call this river and it's not even close. In fact I'm instacalling Hellmuth style. If he has the nuts then it's a cooler and I'm glad to be bankrolled for the limit I'm playing.

Yeah I agree, no way you can fold the second best hand in this situation... You should raise more on the turn however
I'm a cronic slow player, trying to change that.
