DanielNegreanu 141
It's going to be a tough series. I'm hoping that if it goes long, that I'll get two of my top six forwards back from injury. It's tough on short nights when you don't have Kopitar and Gagne available. Below is my roster, as well as each players pool points per game average. Remember, assists are only worth a half point. So if a player scored a goal in one game and an assist in another. That would break down like this: 1.5/2= 0.750FORWARDS:1.Olli Jokinen FLA 0.714 (misses game 1, 3, 5)2.Alexander Semin WAS 0.705 (misses game 2,4)3.Simon Gagne PHI 0.684 (misses game 1,3,6) (is still injured, unknown when he'll play)4.Jason Pominville BUF 0.609 (misses game 2,4,6)5.Anze Kopitar LA 0.587 (misses game 1,4,6) (is still injured, unknown when he'll play)6.Keith Tkachuk ATL 0.529 (misses game 2,4,5)7.Henrik Sedin VAN 0.529 (misses game 1,3,4,6,7)8.Lee Stempniak STL 0.492 (misses game 1,3,5)10.Alexei Kovalev MON 0.444 (misses game 3,5) (vertigo, should be back soon)11.Ryan Malone PIT 0.394 (misses game 2,4,5)12.Jussi Jokinen DAL 0.391 (misses game 1,4,6)13.Corey Perry ANA 0.373 (misses game 2,4,5,7)14.Eric Belanger ATL 0.326 (misses game 2,4,5)15.Raffi Torres EDM 0.321 (misses game 1,3,4,6)16.Jason Chimera CLB 0.300 (misses game 3,5,7)17.Mike Johnson MON 0.290 (misses game 3,5)18.Petr Kalus BOS 0.000 (still in minors)DEFENSE:1.Mathieu Schneider DET 0.509 (misses game 1,3,5)2.Roman Hamrlik CAL 0.310 (misses game 1,3,5,7)3.Tom Poti NYI 0.262 (misses game 1,3,5)4.Marc-Edouard Vlasic SJ 0.181 (misses game 2,4)5.Toni Lydman BUF 0.175 (misses game 2,4,6)6.Brent Seabrook CHI 0.169 (misses game 2,3,6,7)7.Greg DeVries ATL 0.169 (misses game 2,4,5)8.Aaron Ward BOS 0.149 (misses game 1,3,4)9.Adam Foote CLB 0.127 (misses game 3,5,7) (injured and may be released if Kostitsyn is called up)10.Sean O'Donnell ANA 0.125 (misses game 2,4,5,7)11.Stephane Robidas DAL 0.116 (misses game 1,4,6)GOAL:1.San Jose Sharks 2.43 (misses game 2,4)2.Vancouver Canucks 2.47 (misses game 1,3,4,,6,7)3.New York Rangers 2.70 (misses game 3,4,6)A couple interesting notes:-I have no goalies available in game 4.-in games 1,3,5 I will be without my clearcut top 3 defensemen.-likely starters in goal:Game #1: San Jose (vs CLB)Game #2: NY Rangers (vs BOS)Game #3: San Jose (@ COL)Game #4: NO GOALIESGame #5: NY Rangers (vs PHI)Game #6: San Jose (@ ATL)Game #7: San Jose (@ CAR)-Vancouver will not be used in round 2. They also weren't intended to get a start in round 1 either. There two games would be against Detroit and Nashville.-San Jose starts a 3 game road trip. Game #7 could see Lunqvist and the Rangers play @ Boston.-I will have either Alexander Semin or Olli Jokinen in every lineup, and both for games 6 and 7.-If Gagne isn't ready for game 4, Andrei Kostitsyn, MON. will be called up and Adam Foote will be released.-Game 5, I only have 7 forwards available, two of which are Anze Kopitar and Simon Gagne.-San Jose plays five times, Ravens have Guerin and Michalek.-Red Ravens have no goalies for game 6.-Vancouver misses 5 games, Ravens have no Canuck players.
