I want to play some fixed limit poker. I find limit hold'em boring and annoying. So i decided to learn Stud. I know the rules and basic play but that's all.

Our Stud section is pretty dead and i am not able to buy any books here. Does anyone know any good website for strategy or it 'd be greater if someone can write a Stud guide to be pinned in Stud forum.

Zach please take a look at Stud section before you consider moving this there. I am lucky if it gets read by 2 people there. One being you.

I really think you'll get good enough answers in the Stud forum, since the people that actually play Stud do read that forum, but I'll give ya like 24 hrs or something here.

I'm primarily a stud player, and this is a pretty good site I was given when I first began. I usually check the stud forum a couple times a day and answer questions with what I feel is the correct answer. Good luck and welcome to what I feel is the most profitable game on the internet right behind plo.

Ask some specific questions about a concept or hand in the stud section, and you'll probably get help. As for playing a limit game, yes it's a refreshing change from PL poker. Draw is my 1st choice these days, although 7-stud games on Boss were a goldmine. You should try it on Pokerroom(get rakeback), or Stars.

lol no don't worry i am playing 2 tables plo and 2 tables stud. I just want to play some limit poker.

I am not winning yet but everyone is so willing to chase and they call down a lot so i think i am very close to be a winning player. I should be ultra tight tho.

Crypto has 4-5 FR tables going on most of the time. More at nights.

What i like most is around 5 am in the morning tables go very shorthanded. This morning at 6 am i played two heads up tables and one 3 handed table , it was amazing. I think i can make a lot of money if i can find a site with shorthanded stud tables and rakeback.
