Doyle Bankrolling Dicaprio Environmental Movie

Link to article on movie: LinkAccording to Hollywood Today, the doc is currently in production and scheduled for release sometime this year. Besides narrating, DiCaprio is also supposedly writing and producing. In a press release from 2005 annoucing the project, the people behind Global Warning and Water Planet, short films that can be seen on DiCaprio’s eco-site, are also assisting on this project. Interestingly, the entire project is being sponsored by Doyle Brunson, “renowned poker player and long time environmentalist.” Back in 2005, Brunson had this to say about the project, “I know we’ll be able to raise a lot of awareness for an issue that plagues our world and could have devastating consequences down the road if nothing is done.”
