If one of you guys were playing heads up against me and I continually suckout on you, is pokerstars rigged in my favor? But then I go play heads up against somebody else and he continuously suckouts on me. So IF it was rigged, who is it rigged for? I play a lot of SNG and MTT's and this is what I notice while playing.........It seems to me that its rigged for the larger stacks in the SNG's and MTT. The larger stack always seems to win against a low stack whether it be suckout or not. AK vs A6 with the big stack having A6. You know the 6 is coming. Or being heads up with live cards, big stack always hits. Dont get me wrong, small stacks dont always lose against a larger stack, it just seems like the larger chip stack is favored no matter what hand you have. I figure PS does this to get people knocked out faster so they can go spend more $$ on different games (tourney fees and rake). I dont know, it could be all in my head. Nobody really knows or can prove its rigged. This is just what ive noticed at Pokerstars. Link to post Share on other sites

There is a virus/program that is installed secretly when you download the site. what it does is make you win at first and steadily make you lose your money. What that does is make you think you are a good player, when you might just be making money by sucking out, and then when you lose all your bankroll you REDEPOSIT. Thats their goal. To get you to put more and more money online. I know you all have noticed that when you first deposit money you win all the races and make desent money, but then you cant win a hand. No matter how big of a favorite you are. Your aces will get cracked by 37 when the flop comes A46.... its happened to all of us many times.you can look at my tournament results on thepokerdb.com..... i will cash in lots of tournaments at a time then there will be a break (where i cant win no matter what) then there will be another period where i am cashing again. What i do now is withdrawl everytime i get over 1k online. I seem to have better luck this way. I dont play tournaments as much anymore also.I know there are a few players on here like bkice and chucksty that seem to never fall into that slump and i find that odd. i was wondering if they do the same thing as me when it comes to withdrawling. well ive babled enough Link to post Share on other sites

They also tend to think that A6 is a monster favorite against KQ aipf. In other words these people are simply clueless- those who think think that online is "rigged" to create "action flops" or favor the under dog (keep them playing to keep raking their hands). This isn't nearly as retarded as the first group but it's still untrue.People think that online is rigged because:- they have an improper understanding of odds and- they remember the unusual case way more than the usualI can tell you about the time that I lost AA to AK aipf. I know people definitely remember their bad beats, AK<A6 aipf, much more than they remember their favorites winning. But I have never been able to figure out the initial "rush" that happens when you first deposit. I have definitely gotten the rush close to every single time after I make a deposit on many different sites. Maybe it doesn't happen to everyone, but I've talked to so many people in person and on here that say after their deposit, they just can't lose and make decent money. Then it slowly dwindles. Now, some people would say that's just a sign of a bad player and variance taking over. But why does the rush happen right after the deposit? There are obvious benefits to the sites by having people make money right off the bat which makes it even more interesting. Once again, I'm not saying it's rigged and I'll continue to play online with full confidence, but my persistence is partly due to the fact that I don't normally lose all my money after my initial rush, I've made decent money online (for my stakes). If I was someone who regularly deposited online, went on a rush, then slowly lost it all, I would probably hang them up online (obviously if you're always losing money you should quit but my point is maybe try live poker more). If you put in enough volume of play, you'll see that it all evens out and Lee Jones isn't out to get you, it's just a little thing called variance and being lucky (or unlucky). Being able to handle bad beats mentally and not letting it affect (tilt) your decisions for separate games is a key factor that separates a winning player from a losing one. Take the beat, say nice hand and realize that as long as you're getting your money in good, you'll be a winner in the long-term. Link to post Share on other sites
