Sb Vs Bb Hand, Bubble

My brother played this tournament, basically I just watched and sometimes pointed out to him what I thought was an error and stuff (he's very new to the game). But I'm not sure what to think of this hand - is this standard or too reckless, especially since it is on the bubble? Seems to be a way ahead, way behind situation. BB is reraising preflop with an overpair, broadways, or an ace I would think. I can't grasp whether hero has hit the flop hard enough for the shove. BB has invested almost half his stack before hero's shove though, so that is worrying. I think you probably lean towards a fold here.

I don't like the all-in check-raise. You've identified BB as a tight aggressive player, which means he could easily be holding a pocket pair higher than 77 - making Hero's 2 pair a significant dog. Even if he just has two high overcards, he still has a decent number of outs to hit a higher 2 pair. I don't think Hero's hand is strong enough with that flop for such a move.

I think we need to trust our read here and c/f the flop. The call pf is standard, but that's not quite the flop we're looking to hit.

Everything about Villains betting is soooooo fishy. I just leave it and assume he had a big PP. Or else its a really interesting weakish bluff gone right. His bets are really small. Min-reraise followed be a 1/3 pot bet on flop when he's pretty committed.
