The AF either wasn't that high when the hand took place, or I overlooked it.Nonetheless, how do you play vs an unknown, vs this villain?
SCS 0
Against this opponent I'm 3-betting the turn all day. With an AF that high, he's betting and raising a large number of hands that you are beating, I would think.

aim786 0
An AF that high can also mean that villain folds too much, in which case you are toast on the turn. I call down on the turn.
Zach6668 513
Let's all ignore the AF. I didn't notice it at the time.I also asked vs an unknown, does anyone 3-bet this turn?
aim786 0
I still think calling down is better than 3betting this turn. Your about 50/50 vs his range (meanin ur ahead/behind 50% of the time), and when your behind your losing 1 extra bet. Also, villain used a pretty strange line, which leads me to believe he may be somewhat more on the stronger side.

You think AA caps here? Would you cap AA in his spot?

I'm studying for a midterm so give me some slack!Ok, seriously though. AA doesnt cap the turn, it calls down, but I still think call down is the better play.

MrNiceGuy 0
IPITS v. an unknown. If villain has anything worse than KK, he's brutally overplaying his hand, IMO, as you are very strongly repping an overpair (meaning if he has QQ, he should consider himself a 2-1 underdog at best, and has no business raising). With AA I would 3-bet against an unknown, although I wouldn't consider it a particularly easy 3-bet. pokerguy33 0
Hmmm..... I don't know about the three bet with the AA's hand. Against an unknown you don't have any reads, don't know how he plays he could have raised preflop with JJ's QQ's QJ, for you know 55's, I think I just call here on the turn, and you'll be expecting a bet on the river from villian, in which its going to be read dependent on your part. CoranMoran 0
3-bet the turn?Nonetheless, how do you play vs an unknown, vs this villain?I 3bet my KK on this Ten-high board. If the board was Q-high, I probably would not.But villains at our levels love pushing overpairs. And with the room in the middle, and JJ & QQ definite posibilities, I see room for more profit.--CM

Its an unknown at the table, no reads, its really a disadvatage to you, and an advantage for villian. Just sucks to be in a situation were you pick up bullets, and an unknown is at the table, and he is betting into you, and you just sit back and ask yourself, WHY??? But I play mostly NLHE, not limit so I could be wrong.
