why does it say "This is not a gambling website"

because there site is www.pokerstars.NET, it is a fakemoney website

it's to be able to advertise on American T.V., since Online Gambling is illegal for everyone(wire act of 1961, or 63) and it's a way to be able to advertise a free way to play online poker.

Party does the same thing advertising PartyPoker.net, instead of their real money .com
