Ok guys, please answer the above polls. You can pick as many as you like, so if you are available (usually) for more than one day or time slot, please pick every one. The ones with the most votes will probably be selected. Same with the buyins, although it's 99% going to be $5.50, as we're not really playing for each other's money, and some of us aren't rolled for higher.Ok, I have a few other questions too.1) Does anyone want to do a series type thing with points, etc, and end in a POY type thing at the end of a certain period? Could be incentive for better turnout, as last time we started losing some interest.2) If so, does anyone want to add money to that prize pool? As in, an extra $20 up front or something like that, and then distributed for the top X point earners, etc.3) If you have any more ideas or questions, feel free to post in this thread. Also, I'm willing to make the tournies and organize, etc, if you guys would like.Cheers.- Zach

yeah you don't know me buta) points can be fun, no problem with that B) cannot commit to every one, so less interested in added money to prize poolsounds like fun.

I'll take you fish on anytime, anywhere, and any stakes...It'd be nice to avoid peak fish-frying times like Friday/Saturday Nights if we can, cause if I'm playing poker then I'd rather be taking money from the drunks (or be out somewhere drunk myself). The points thing is a good idea and I have no problem with adding $$$ to the prize pool, but maybe we should do that just for fun so it's not too big of a commitment... It might drive some people away. (or make it optional somehow? or not a big deal if you miss a tourney or two? Not quite sure how to do this...)

I would add money for prizes at the end but I dont think it should be necessary. Anyone who adds money would be considered for prizes (by points or whatever) and anyone who doesn't is just left out but can still play tournies. Just a question, what site would it be played on becauuse if it's stars I'd have to trade someone for some Full Tilt cash as I have 0 dollars on Stars.

Stars would be the general consensus, I think. That's where we did it last year.I'm sure there are people who could trade with you, btw.

How do you do this? Just go play HU and dump your chips?

Looking like W/8PM/$5I'd do this.I'm assuming it's NLHE, but at some point it would be good to get a HOSE game going.

What about HORSE? I would hate to see Razz left out.Oh, and do you mean Central time? That's where I am; but on the poll it appears 9 p.m. Eastern is in the lead.I wonder how many players we'll get? I figured for practice, a 9-man non-turbo SNG was good; but with all those responses I wonder if a two tabler would be better.

It will be a private MTT on Stars, last year we were getting up to 15 players. Zach will set it up then we can gauge the intrest in HOSE or HORSE.

Alright guys.Wednesday at 9 PM EST is in the lead, by a healthy margin. So I'll set the first one up for the week, and we can guage participation levels, etc.I'll probably make a new thread with the details, tonight or tomorrow.

ranking players and adding money for top point earners i think goes against the spirit of a strat tourney. some wont play every single one, and the point race may take focus off the strategy aspect, but who knows, sounds sweet.
