Yea it didn't look good, but they are in the east, all they have to do is get him healthy for the playoffs.

Are NBA players allowed to play in wheelchairs? that exit was a tad excessive ...
Moneymaker won the WSOP with a $40 satellite entry. That's nothing compared to sixty cents ...

Never separated your shoulder have you? It hurts to stand up straight, move, even breathing can be painful.

Absolutely true. A dislocated shoulder is a wierd type of pain. During high school and college I had my shoulder dislocate around 10 times before I finally caved into surgery. When your shoulder is out of the socket, its extremely painful to stand straight up. I always needed help leaving the field/court. You dont realize how much you use your shoulders in all your activities til this happens.
Wade is lucky this happened to his left shoulder since he's right handed. If he has the surgery, he will lose some range of rotational motion in that arm. I dont think it will be that big of a deal for him career wise.
I think he might tough it out and play for the rest of the year. He would have to avoid getting in awkward potions and crashing to the floor. Basically changing his whole game. But he's a trooper, and I'm guessing he plays (if the Heat let him).
