These big key pots seem to land me in trouble. am I being too aggressive? While you see me lose these big ones, I get showed down on others and win, too. I think there is more value in raising this flop. lots of people to the flop.

Bet the flop and fold to a raise. And don't cap preflop, just call the 3-bet.

Fold the turn. You're overaggressive. Tone it down a bit.

I don't want to comment on all the hands, just a couple of questions:Is it ok to let go of the A7s from the big blind preflop when facing a UTG raise and everyone else has folded? UTG probably has AA-1010 or AK, AQ, which dominate you. There are only 4.5 SB in the pot (after you call), making calling down the flush draw (assuming if it hits) only marginally profitable on both the flop and the turn. If the flop doesn't give you a flush draw or two pair, you have to figure on being behind. The flop is not going to give you a 12-out draw very often.On the other hand, is it better to raise A6s from the button after everybody has folded to you? This strikes me as a good blind stealing opportunity. Playing for the flush flop with an A and only the SB and BB to act seems a bit weak. If not raise, then fold, because there aren't enough people in the pot to make chasing the nut flush draw profitable.Absolute: thanks for the new avatar. Sincerely.
