i think it's a check/call.the only villain hand that makes sense is 10JQ. you only have value here from letting him bluff. his bet will be a bluff more often than a set.

I agree with above in general with no reads. WAWB concept applies here and also you want to induce bluff.I will only value bet if I have good read on villain (for example, I have note that he's a call station who will call with a weaker hand but will check if check behind, etc). I don't like blocking bet oop against strong or weak opponents.
