my fav star is mel gibson and chris tucker
This is a joke post, right? Kevin Costner is better than Mel Gibson, ffs.Greatest actor of all-time? Who knows, but I'd give very strong consideration to Humphrey Bogart. Ever hear of him?

There are many great actors out there, including Tom Hanks, Mel Gibson. But, for me, if we are talking purely acting talents, I think Johnny Depp and Robert Downey Jr are two of the greatest talents around now.Jim Carrey started out as a real goofball, with Ace Ventura, but through "Man on the Moon", "The Truman Show" and "Eternal Sunshine" he is also becoming great.A lot of people hate Kevin Costner, and although I will admit that he is not the greatest "actor", some of what people call his 'bad' movies are some of my favorite (Waterworld, The Postman). For actresses, I'd have to go with Reese Witherspoon. And although she is just a kid and already doing good stuff, I think Dakota Fanning will continue to be great.Looking back in older days, my favorite actor from yesteryear would have to be Jimmy Stewart.

I think Brad Pitt can be seriously underrated as an actor. Sean Penn never gets enough credit. Jeff Spicoli turned into a man with some serious dramatic chops. My guilty pleasure is Bruce Willis. I love his movies. All of 'em. My favorite actor of all time is Brando, followed by Bill Murray and DeNiro.Ed Norton, Benicio del Toro, Johnny Depp, and Sean Penn seem like the cream of THAT generation.Wang

Brad Pitt and Sean Penn are hardly underrated. There's more than enough press on both guys.Okay...Bruce Willis. I must know. Did you like Hudson Hawk?

Robert Deniro, Al Pacino, Denzel Washington.
Yeah, I'm a big fan of Denzel but sometime I question his choice of roles. He was great in Malcolm X but I think my favourite was Mo Better Blues. "it's just a **** thing"

I didn't say they were underexposed. I think Brad Pitt is a superstar with less critical acclaim than he deserves, and the same for Sean Penn (though over the last year or two he's been finally getting a lot of the credit he deserves). Robert Duvall. Also incredibly underrated. Hudson Hawk sucks, but leave me alone. 90% of his crappy movies are still mega awesome (Think: The Fifth Element).Wang

He's not the best, but, I will say that this year Edward Norton really showed what his true range is with three different performances in Down in the Valley, The Illusionist, and the Painted Veil. I can't believe that Phillip Seymour Hoffman and Mark Ruffalo haven't been said yet. As far as pure acting talents, they are two of the best going right now
