The river is definitely a fold. I think you need to raise the flop bet enough to shoo away AK, although he's not giving you a ton of room to maneuver. That's the street you need to decide whether you have the best hand and act accordingly, I believe.

I don't hate pf or the flop but without a doubt I'm popping that weak *** bet on the turn. If he comes over the top we can fold and if he calls he likely checks the river to us giving us a free showdown.

Preflop and flop are quite standard. He has 3bet you preflop so without any information regarding his 3 betting tendancies we will assume he is your average player who is most likely to have QQ-AA and AK here. I like calling the flop to keep the pot as small as possible by using our position in the hand. On the turn when he bets out 1/3 of the pot you have to say to yourself "what does this guy have". At this stage he needs KK or AA to beat you and would he fire out a weak bet like that if he did holds those hands? I doubt it, so that leaves us with an AK type hand or a scared pair of TT or JJ. We are very deep in this hand so some caution must be shwon at times however calling this weak turn bet is way too weak. I would be raising on the turn to around 150 or so.As played you have a clear fold on the river.
