I don't care much for the pompous, I-know-more-about-poker-than-you-because-I-have-a-cool-card-protector characters in the current weekly game option, so I'm looking to start up or join a game with a few humble folks who will teach me a few things about hold'em while taking my money. I'd be willing to play in a game if you can get one together. I'm far from an expert player, I mostly play online and try to read up or improve my game as much as I can. My friends always want to play on weekend afternoons, which I usually can't do because of work, so I don't get to play live very much. I'd be available most evenings though.What limits and what game are you thinking of? I am not looking to get into anything that big, most of the home games we do are with $10 buy-ins and low blinds.
