only raise preflop if the table is tight and you can steal the button.

i think a value bet on the river is in order. (looking to be called by KJ or J3)
if you're not playing the notes in front of you it's not mozart.

I actually like this passivitiveness. Yes. New word.

I don't think raising here would be a good idea unless the entire table is uberweak and will fold anything.

i thought you asked if you should raise preflop when you asked if you should raise flop. i think a little pot control and slowplaying is in order here waiting for a decent turn.

I like it until the river. You should value bet. If JJ or 45 has checked to you twice then fine, but you will find that he has J6/J3/22/etc far more often. You can easily fold to a checkraise.
