monkey, no clue what sportsnet region i'm in and after I pick the country I live in it still only shows provinces instead of states

Just pick Ontario or East. I think it's just for tracking purposes.

Where is the group part so I can make picks under the group? I couldn't see this part.

You can makes your picks first and then join the group. After you make your picks you should see a "group membership" link at the top. But make your picks first and SOOOOON! Today's deadline for picks is in about 5 minutes I think.
