Are our foreign friends experiencing problems as well?
It's mostly Maui-Waui but it's got some labrador in it.

Do we really have to wait here for hours waiting for a support monkey to fix this problem?

Dammit, was 3rd in the $30 Omaha double stack. Anyone know how they handle the payouts if the touneys are cancelled, do you get the money for the chip position you were in or just get your buyin back?

Don't be thankful. Be very mad. I was there as well with that cheat software being sold on EBAY, and you would've flopped quad queens.

Depends on the site. The normal procedure is to split half and divide half based on chip stack.Let me go on their site to check their terms..........oh wait.

I just sent an email saying what tournament I was in and to refund my token. We were only 10 minutes in anyway. I'm going to sleep now.

Hmmmmm.....I wouldn't think so. The people that busted weren't affected by the outage and their money has to go somewhere. Being top 15 in chips in a tourney that pays 15k for first, I sure as hell don't want $163.

It's too bad you didn't get to experience ongame. Shitty servers and incompetent support. I don't know about hefty, but I'm sure the compensation will be fair.

Grrr...that'll piss me right off. Still had about 100 players left so not in the money yet, but after playing so bad lately and FINALLY getting dealt and doing something with it, this happens.
