ahosang 0 Posted December 26, 2006 Author Share Posted December 26, 2006 My reasons for preferring 6-max:1) More hands per hour - simple enough(ACTIOOOON!!))2) Full ring tends to see more players taking a flop and it becomes necessary to play nuts or nut draws3) You can play position and call-bluff a lot more in 3-handed or heads-up pots4) The aggression factor increases, and so the better player can really work on getting paid more, as well as taking bigger 'orphans'5) 6 handed you can work out each opponent more accurately and not worry about the cards as much.Re-reading what I just wrote, some of the points are kind of saying the same thing, just in a different way.
