Found this funny send-up of Phil Hellmuth and his poker videos linked at Guiness and Poker.It's the homepage for "Bill Fillmaff's Secret System." If you've ever seen any of Phil Hellmuth's instructional tapes you'll have a laugh watching the "tutorial video" here. They manage to recreate the self-importance, shoddy preparation, and cut-rate production values of the original--right down to the cheesey graphics.There's also a mock interview with "Worldwide Poker League Champion Bill Fillmaff" that ends with this exchange:Q: OK, what are your thoughts regarding 2004 Player of the Year Danny... Ne... Nagreeno?Fillmaff: (pauses) I don't like to talk bad about people beneath me, but I consider myself to be the Anti-Danny Nagreeno. I believe poker should be taken seriously. This is not something you do for fun. This is not something you approach with joy. The correct way to play poker is to be very sullen. And serious. That guy is just a jolly-time goofball. Who does he think he is, Santa Claus?! When Bill Fillmaff loses -- and I always lose to a bad beat -- I don't smile and walk away. I tell that other person what they did wrong. And I make damn well sure it never happens again.
