whast ur range for him to lead into an ep raiser?
generally, a worse queen. the board is not draw-heavy, so you don't have to worry about shutting out opponents.my default is to raise the flop, as opposed to waiting for the turn. just better metagame, as it allows you do push people off hands when necessary.the main reason i like it better here is that your pair is pretty high, and the board unscary. if he has a Q, he probably isn't laying it down, even if the purpose of his donkbet is to get that information. likewise, you're not folding, if you wait for the turn and he 3-bets for instance.bah. i had a lot to say, but its too late and i'm confusing myself.i raise the flop. if he 3-bets, i call down, and maybe even throw in another raise somewhere. once the king hits, i'm definitely raising again, though maybe not until the river, because i like to get tricky like that. he usually has just a queen here, or even something weaker. if he does have a 3, you'd rather get 3-bet on the flop.if he does have a 3, and is good enough to 3-bet you when you raise the turn or river, then good for him. everyone gets cold-decked once in a while, but most TAGs are not betting out with a 3 there.sorry this was rambly. i'll try to clean it up when its not 4am.

Any Q, a flush draw, and I see mid pairs do this a lot. Depending on the player, he may very well be donking into you with trips. I think we are ahead here a lot, though. If we did raise flop, does anybody like calling down if we get 3bet?

On AP I call down if 3-bet. People play flops weirdly aggressive there. In this hand, I raise flop. Bet/call down.

call raise non ace river if he makes it three just call. not because its a good move or anything, its just fun to be confusing once in a while. he wants to mess with you by donking that flop, so mess with him. you might miss a little if he dont bet the river, but you might miss a little if you raise the turnand he folds, so i think it evens out.

I'd raise the flop, I put him on a worse Q. If he 3 bets, I'd call. As played, raise the turn. With this guy's PT numbers, I don't see him having trips. What are we thinking for the SB? Mid pocket pair?

obviously they have all sorts of junkTo keep a mid pair here would presume no Q from others or bad sense of pot odds.A club draw makes senseSlow played 3 is possibleAx is always a option
