I folded and would have won, or B.) I called and missed however many outs I had. How do y'all count outs here? I'm up against at least one set. Do I shove and hope I'm against two sets or is it right to gamble even if i'm only playing for only one of my draws (most likely straight only)?

Even if your flush draw isn't you still have a lot of outs.I say push.
