I'm getting 1-8.5 Pot Odds, and more than 1-10 Implied Odds so I called. The River Did not bring a heart and I folded on the river.Did I play this hand correctly? raise on the flop:1. for value. five-way pot, you have good equity. if someone three-bets and everyone calls, cap it.2. for a free card on the turn.if someone bets into you on the turn, just call unless the pot is six-way or more. if no one bets, check and take the free card.check/fold the river UI of course, but if you hit the nut flush and someone on your right bets, you want overcalls, so call, but if someone on your left bets and it gets called to you, raise/cap freely.aseem

what Assem said. It also builds you a nice fat pot as you also have some high card strength too. If I'm in early position and it get checked to me, I like to check so I can CR it. Basically raising to put more $$$ in the pot in this situation is always goot
