I was just coming around to him too. I felt that as few words as possible would be best. He had a very individual way of comedy which makes his passing even more sad as he really aprroached comedy from a diferent angle then most

Suddenly I turned around
And she was standin' there
With silver bracelets on her wrists
And flowers in her hair.
She walked up to me so gracefully
And took my crown of thorns.
"Come in," she said,
"I'll give you shelter from the storm."

The guy had a lot of problems. I listen to Opie & Anthony and they have a lot of comedians come on the show. Several of whom commented on Hedgeberg and his health problems etc. Can't say i'm too shocked by this if you knew anything about the guy.

I'm so sad - he was such an original - I saw him do a ****ed up show in Los Angeles - he was drinking and the crowd other than me just didn't get it - his wife Lynn went up on stage and took a drink out of his hand and then was yelling out from the crowd for him to pimp his cd'sI met him at Largo at LA and talked to him about the show and he laughed - he was such a genuinely nice guy living his dream - you could tell in 30 seconds that he was a pure innocent lovely dudeIt's not like losing Bill Hicks but Jesus of all the mother****ers in the world to lose I have about 3 billion off the top of my head that should have gone first.
