Somebody missing a lineup should not cost them. A financial fine that goes into the prize pool should be incentive enough. This way, only the team that didn't enter a lineup is hurt. For the record, a missed lineup would mean no OT player. Darrell, do they also lose in a shootout since no order was entered? He gets most of his points when banging and crashing and he has to get back to that. It doesn't help either when you play SJ and Toskala and Nabakov barely allow anything to begin with.
