I would have only played this hand badly if he had the J. In this case it still counts as a good read/good bet. I just gave an aggrodonk too much credit I guess.I'm not complaining about the bet or money. Just thought it was a funny call, and not sure where else to post this.

fuuny call?he was getting 3-1 with what he thought was probably a gutshot and one live card, the queen.not really horribleand the way you said that first sentence sounded really retarded, basically you said "Its only a bad play if i am beat" You really shouldnt be pushing with A high when your opponent is pot committed

I think your push is much worse than his call.He tosses 1/3rd of his stack in the pot on the flop, and you push?Me thinks you fell in love with your AQ and couldn't let it go.This was 70/30 preflop and after the flop. He probably put you on over cards, and that gave him correct odds to call.
