chester97 0
yea, the sad thing is that i will probably buy that as welli wasn't nearly as big a fan of dead man's chest as the first pirates. not sure why, it just lost something for me along the way. i'll probably get it anyways, but only second hand at blockbuster when it comes down to 12.99 or something. Entrepeneur 0
not as crazy about it either. With no expectations outside of rumors about Johnny Depp being amazing, I didn't know what to expect. With this one, I had high expectations. Just wasn't a great a movie.Probably the idea of filming 2 and 3 together, we'll get a much better 3rd movie (star wars...)Hollywood is pretty good at milking. ajs510 122
I stopped buying DVD's for this very reason. That shit makes me insane (putting out a new and improved version of the DVD every six months so you keep buying new ones). I used to buy 3-4 DVD's every two weeks, now I just Netflix 5 at a time instead. If something comes out that I feel like I really need to own (like the 4 disc collections of the LOTR movies, for example) then I'll drop the coinage on it.

The store drops them in the mail and sends the next dvd on my list.
