Does anyone agree with me that David Williams is horrible heads up.In the 2004 WSOP Main Event he acted like he had a train to catch against Greg Raymer heads up.He blew all his money away on the first hand. Raymer had very rarely bluffed at the final table and yet David was calling 3 million dollar bets with 2nd pair.Also he had a big chip lead over Daniel Negreanu and blew it by several big mistakes.I think if David Williams doesnt improve he will never win a big poker tournament.

Also he had a big chip lead over Daniel Negreanu and blew it by several big mistakes.I think if David Williams doesnt improve he will never win a big poker tournament.I feel he did play the final hand of the 2004 WSOP very poorlyhe didnt play that bad against danielwhat are these hugge mistakes?Going allin with QQ into a 922 board...you cant figure someone would call a riase with a 2, the only hands which can are A2 and 22 but its hard to but DN on itraising allin with the Q7.....this was a mistake, but its understandable. Though when dainel re-raised him preflopthe call mighta been a bit loose but he had shown that he wanted to take flops, I think this was his only real mistake in moving allinThe final hand.....He went allin with TP....it is very hard to fold TP heads uphes not as bad as you think

He blew all his money away on the first handalso, I assume you meant first TELEVISED hand.....which it wasnt acually the 2nd televised hand and Greg said it was about the 7th heads up hand overalland Greg didnt need to bluff with all the great hands he was catching at the final table

Eddie do you think im dumb.I know they only show the intersting hands on t.v i know that was not the FIRST heads up hand.And David did play bad against daniel he didnt need to go all in with Q Q the blinds werent that high.There were several hands that could beat david with the board of 9 2 2.

He gets a lot of criticism for losing the last hand, but I see his logic. He raised with the A 4 and Raymer just smooth called with his 88. With the flop being 4 5 2, I dont know how u cant think your pair of 4's are the best hand even with the checkraise. Raymer has the ability to bluff so he could have anything. Williams still had outs to win and in his mind he knew that, but he probably thought he had the best hand. With the way it played out David shouldnt be getting as much criticism for that hand as some people are giving him.
