i like playing in bodog's 4.40r sunday 100k sats, but occasionally i get stuck on a table where nobody wants to rebuy, so my open shoving of AJ+ and 22+ in the first hour does nothing but get me the blinds or called by a better hand. how should i be playing these things with a bunch of people who are playing the first hour nothing like a rebuy should be played?

I just play it standard because these people clearly dont want to gamble early on in the tourney.. I make standard raises and play as if it were a freezeout until I find someone that wants to gamble. Either that or you could move all in every hand and show and I guarantee you will loosen the table up.

Start pushing any time there are callers or raisers and you have possibilities. The table will loosen up pretty quickly, even if you have to provide a little seed money.
