grannysmith 0
1st hand:I like reraising on the flop, to like 500 or so to see where you are at, if you get repushed you can safely fold, leaving yourself 500 or so which is not horrible at this stage. a lot of the time the bb will have an Ax that is in trouble against you.since you just called the flop(which i don't think is a bad play at all, let hands you have beat bluff into you, while you control pot size.) i like pushing on the turn. if ya are beat gg and on to the next tourny.hand 2 i would just push after the lead out, you have a very strong hand and its very unlikely the villain flopped a flush. put the pressure back on him with his bare K or flush draw. ChrisRichey 1
On the first hand, I think the call is certainly fine on the flop. You would expect a set to c/r you, and AK to reraise pf, so I would think you're in great shape. I would definitely push the turn though. On the second hand, push the flop. That's a pretty scary flop, and you're fairly short, so go ahead and get em all-in.
GABMAD 0
Hand 1- Raise flop. Seeing how you just called is indicating weakness and your opponent likely has a lower ace and is thinking that it's good. I push turn.Hand 2- Looks like a semi-bluff. I push.If you provided reads on the opponenets, my answers might change. With no reads, what value is your opponent hoping to get by betting 200 there...that's a pretty hefty bet. He likely has a good draw, but you're still ahead.
smallwd 0
Had no real reads on either player. Both had only shown solid hands, but I hadn't seen more than 2 from either. Results: Hand 1 folded the turn. SB folded showing A-5 off, BB did not show.Hand 2 pushed the turn, BB called with Ad 7c. 9d on the river did me in.Sounds like I botched hand 1...
copernicus 0
Hand 1- I push back on the flop. Stacks arent deep enough for a longer play than that, and you are probably ahead. If not youve still got a couple of outs.Hand 2 - I would min raise or a little more. Im playing the hand to the end and just looking to get all of the chips in the middle.
