Personally I open raise preflop.I raise the flop.I shove the turn.As played, I definitely value bet, but very small (~$8). Unless he has specifically 77 (and chose not to bet the river) or a fairly odd TT you're good.Plus any added value of not giving any information by showing down the hand.

I like preflop and post flop. This is almost definitely JJ-AA from the villian. Occasionally TT. His strong bet on the turn mean he is very strong and he will call a push. Raise all in on the turn and the river doesn't slow you down.

(side note, I think I shoulda just pushed on the turn, as pretty much anythign that calls the reraise calls $40ish)
Well, I'm sorry you lost the hand, but really there's no way you should've, regardless of what happened in the hand.
Personally I open raise preflop. Yes, we don't open-limp hardly ever playing NL, and NEVER in a SH game.I raise the flop. Eh. Let's let our bar drop just a tad and then make a call instead. I want him to make a big bet with an overpair or a spiked A on the turn.I shove the turn. Fine but not necessary. As played with a flop call, shoving the turn gives him a chance to fold that he won't have on the river.

Didn't say i lost the hand, hard to put the oppenent on a 2 or 7 here. Question was, as played, is there more value in just checking it down, value betting ($8-$10 range), or just pushing (roughly $20 left behind me).

You MUST raise this pf. I am fine with calling the flop in position though. Depending on pot size, pushing on the the turn is fine. As played, push the river.
I tend to agree with the line of raising this pf, but is your reasoning because it's 5-max?

I checked it down on the end, but was definitely not close to sure about the decision, as the 5 was a scare card. oppenent showed T9 offsuit, for a very strangely/badly played hand.

I will open raise any pp from any pos in shnl. But I will open raise pf with 66 in full ring too.
I don't play much full ring, but that's a little loose for me personally (open raising with 66 in full ring from ANY position). But hey, whatever works for you =)

Well depending on table of course. If the table is really LAG, I will certainly limp in EP with 22-66 and see what happens. If it is TAG however, I am raising 55+. Maybe I'm a lagtard, who knows.

Hey, totally respect your style. In the end, we're all learning to be able to play any two cards in the right situation. The top players all can do that.
