Ok I was playing a 2-4 nl game 6 handed a couple weeks ago when I came upon this situation. I had $200 in front of me and the other 2 players in the pot were at around $175. This was my 4th hand and I have absolutely no reads on these players.I was on the button with a pair of black aces.UTG raised to $12UTG+1 calledCO foldedButton (me) raised to $40both blinds foldedUTG and UTG+1 calledFlop: 6s 9h 10hUTG led out with $60 betUTG+1 went all in for remaining $135 or soIt is on me, what do I do?

I laid it down and it turns out I was right. The first guy had AQ of hearts while the other guy had 10-10. The 4 of hearts was on the turn and 9 of spades on river. Boat wins.I really didn't want to fold though but figured one of them had a set if not both.

I agree with this.It's usually easier to dump the hand on a board like QT9 or something like that, but this board isn't any friendlier.With the stack sizes, you know that you're going to have to beat 2 opponents in a showdown. Since they called the reraise preflop, you're probably going to go ahead and eliminate the 2-pair hands that beat you. So, now you're left with 2 people who want to get all of their money in on this flop. What are their most likely hands?Well, there's always the possibility of a lesser overpair, like JJ or QQ. A set is a very likely holding, as is a flush draw since you don't have the Ah.I think you just quietly slide your hand into the muck, pretending like it was AKo or something and hope that you get to see how the hand plays out.If the stack sizes were bigger and it wasn't clear that you'd have to win a 3-way showdown, I might change my opinion of this. Like, the first player might have just been taking a stab at the pot if he had more chips and I'd be more inclined to play. I think by the action here, it's pretty clear that you're already beaten. If you're wrong and you are ahead, you're probably gonna have to dodge a crapload of cards to have your hand hold up.

its just unlucky.I would really want to push this, but since now all you have is Top Pair, its hard to really value your hand.i mean, if you put one player on a flush draw, obviously its a push, but since now we have a lead out, then a push, its safe to say either a set, or even 9,10. since i've seen games get real crazy with people who call large preflop raises hoping to hit vs a big pair.
