Hi Daniel,

don't know if this is really going to help you a bit or so, but I myself do have some back problems from time to time (despite being just 19 years old) and since I started going to the gym, they decreased pretty fast.

In my case it was that some muscle areas on my body weren't trained enough while others were "overtrained".
So just take it as some guy trying to help you a little, go to the gym or some personal fitness trainer and let 'em tell you which muscles you'ld have to train to balance your body a little.

Might also help for playing 15-hour-tournament-days sitting in the same chair all the time smile.gif

Simple lowerback excersises (wich u can do sitting) will also help a lot ! You don't need to go to a gym for that icon_cool.gif
