Bubble Trouble

OK, so in the last week I've played three tournaments and in all three I've busted out within ten players of the money. Each time I had a good sized stack, and strangely enough went out/got crippled with a pretty solid hand (Two two pair gets counterfeited, Flop an Ace with AJ while up against AK).I've learned the very important lesson long ago that if you aren't willing to go broke, ESPECIALLY near the bubble, you'll never win a tournament. However, it does become frustrating to bust numerous times in the same situation so close to one another.The question from my perspective is this...Should I change up my game a bit near the money bubble or do you guys think this is just odd Variance?What are your personal gameplans/gear changes that have worked for you?

Generally more aggressive pre flop if i think the bubble means something to the table, and a CB, if I get called I shut down or proceed cautiously. Its generally a time in the tourament where everyone is playing st8 up not bluffing to much. You have to react to your table to if there going to re pop you a lot you just have to play your normal game and not push the bubble. I wouldn't worry about bubble i would be more concerned at why your going out instead of when. all the moneys at the final table anyway so your job in MTT's isnt' to make the money but instead set your self up to make a final table.

That's what I'm trying to get to the bottom of...I guess I have to start looking through my poker tracker stats from the past few tournaments to try and find a flaw. Who knows, maybe it's just bad timing on my part, and maybe I'm actually playing bad in those spots. To be honest, I don't know the answer right now so I'm asking you guys for your experiences in that type of situation if you've dealt with something similar...what you found your problem to be, and what it took for you to get past it and become profitable again.And yes, I know three tournaments over a week's time is a very short sample size, but I want to nip this in the bud before it becomes a "thing"
