Too Passive Pre-flop? Bad Fold On Turn?

I prefer not to re-raise after making the inital raise with queens pre-flop. I prefer to see a flop first. I should be precieved as a tag so unless this guy percieved me as lag he knows I have a hand to re-raise me. I guess the way I played this I don't really have any alternative but to fold unless I decided to suck out. I figure guy had a set on the flop or K's

I'd bet the turn. Fold to a raise.

I like leading the turn. Don't think calling would've sucked either but the river would've been a tough spot unless you made the nuts.

And, re-raise with Q's. Give someone a chance to fold a hand that might suck out otherwise.
