Zach6668 513 Posted November 6, 2006 Share Posted November 6, 2006 I've never been more than Goldstar on Stars, and I still feel the bonus is worth it, given the chance to play on the best software, and against probably the weakest competition now that Party has closed (ignoring your identical wr stipulation).However, if you play enough hands, it's not hard to become Platinum, and then eventually Supernova.You need 4k VPP to become Gold, and 10k VPP for Platinum. It's Nov 6th, and I've already got 2300, so I think this may be my first Platinum month if I continue to put the hands in...I don't know much about FT though, so take this for what it's worth. I know that's how pp24 got his $6500 Best Buy gift card. BudBundy 0 Posted November 8, 2006 Share Posted November 8, 2006 I have moved to Stars from crypto tonight.First thing that surprised me was i could only deposit 600 via Neteller.I had to e-mail support to increase the limit.I haven't played much hands but competition seems ok.A mix of good and bad players but balance is in favour of good players.I think tables aren't very clear and i really miss the thing on crypto which tells you what you have.I noticed it really made me lazy.Now i have to look every single card in my hand and on board to see if i have something how uncool is that????!!!!!!!!!111oneone****I also 4 tabled for 4 hours and lost a buy in tonight.Nice welcome stars! I got 400 bucks worth when I noticed they were getting rid of them. Kinda sucks cause the new bonuses are crap, so I just buy any cool limited edition stuff they offer.
