Ring £50 PL Holdem Blinds £1/£1

Villain SB (£50)
Hero BB (£50)

Read on Villain: Game has just started, but had been talking to villain for a while about previous days tournament play. He definately knows how to play and seems to favour a TAG approach.

Pre-flop: 2 limpers, Villain in SB checks, Hero checks with Q icon_suit_heart.gif 9 icon_suit_diamond.gif

Flop (£4): K icon_suit_spade.gif Q icon_suit_diamond.gif 9 icon_suit_spade.gif

Villain pots for £4, Hero repots for another £12. Limpers fold. Villain calls.

Turn (£36) : 6 icon_suit_spade.gif

Villain goes all-in for £33. Hero?

Thanks for the responses. I did in fact fold and managed to get the villain to show Q icon_suit_spade.gif 8 icon_suit_club.gif

I felt it was a good fold at the time, despite the result but I appreciate the confirmations

lol, your initial "read" was wrong. That's pretty donktacular. Good fold, imo, nonetheless.

Agreed..that's a pretty reliable fold against a good solid TAG.
I'm also fed up with the common cold but I just hate to say goodbye.
