oh man...I've gotta go call DN and see what he thinks of all this.

lol...I want to ask his publicist if he'll do the interview in his broken english version of Hiro rather than his real normal voice.
My goal in the interview is to see how long I can play the song "Turning Japanese" on in the background before he says something.

Isn't Ricker just a third banana on the radio show and took a stupid radio name because his station manager wanted to squeeze in some more advertisement money and he took said stupid radio name (Bud Weiser) just to get an inkling of more airtime?
Oh, and don't radio people make jack squat for cash? (they do)
Then again, I could be wrong. Or I just have a phenomenal memory. You decide
I'm not saying I wouldn't take his job, I'm just sayin. (although, I would've refused the name. I never want to be a silly stereotype)

yes, but as the producer I'm in charge of them and what goes on the show. Kinda like the puppeteer pulling the strings.
And yes, Bud Weiser is paying my salary, but it wasn't to just get more airtime.
It was to get any airtime at all.

I was close. I couldn't remember if you were producer, or lowely board op for a show.
I'm still pretty good.

I find this amusing. I think I would find it ironic enough that I would do it as an inside-joke. Or I could at least tell myself that.

Mine was "Top 40" station though, and I hated having to play Nickelback at least twice every hour. I'm assuming you're at least at someplace with music you enjoy.

Rock 105.3
Best station in the country AINEC....
that's not just station pride either. I've worked in a lot of different markets for a number of different rock stations, and nothing has come close to this one.

Does this thread
about Ricker
remind you
of who you really am?

you need to work on your subtle humour.
"your my smart friend" would've been funnier.
Work on it.
