Really, you shouldn't be complaining. Be damn happy you got to split the pot with a board like that.

Edited to take out "with a board like that."
Pre-flop was capped, that board didn't worry me until the river.

still dont get itanytime you dont win entire pot with AA sucks, unless other guy has AA
True. Like I said with my edit, like many other people, I've had AA cracked and lost the entire pot more than just once or twice. I don't see splitting the pot as getting screwed having gone through the aforementioned experience. Different strokes. :D

Here's an interesting thought: Why not fire at the river one more time?Granted, any reasonable player is (Correctly) going to say "What the hell could you have that includes a seven that you would play that aggressively?" and call you, but if you're confident enough HE doesn't have a seven, it's a gamble worth taking IMO. People are silly sometimes, and it's surprising what they'll fold to if you give them the opportunity. That said, given the texture of the board, I wouldn't have been at all surprised if the clown had made a straight before the river and that 5 was actually your saving grace.

yup..sucks to split that pot.....but why not take a shot at the river.....you could be reasonably certain he doesnt have a 7 so he prob calls you but its basically a free roll to take one more shot at it at the river......dn wrote about a pot he took from a guy when the board made a straight he flipped his hand up and said striaght instead of i play the board and he won the pot.....i know this example wouldn't work on the internet but a bet might make him fold
